Works great
Very easy to install. Just removed the front screws, pulled the old unit out and slid the new unit in. Cools my sun room perfectly.

Very quiet!
I replaced our 30-year-old PTAC with this. Size is standardized, so I simply took the old unit out and put the new one in the same sleeve.Let me tell you, I was surprised by how quiet this thing is. I expected it to be about as loud as the ones I've used in hotels, but it is super quiet with the compressor running. Heat works well, too. And the included remote control is a very convenient feature.I can attend work Zoom or TEAMS meeting with this PTAC running in the room, no problem. I had thought about installing a mini-split instead of replacing my old PTAC, but I am so happy I went with this PTAC.
