Pricy, but worth it!
Mulino Caputo Manitoba Oro Tipo 0 Flour has quickly become my go-to for making pizza at home. The high protein content and fine texture make it ideal for creating a perfect, stretchy dough with great elasticity.Every time I use this flour, my pizza crusts turn out incredibly light and airy, with just the right amount of chewiness. Great flour for bread
At the beginning have been buying this flour for baking sourdough bread but gradually switched to it for everything. My sourdough starter is happy - makes me happy too

This flour is fantastic for pizza, focaccia, bread bread. Tastes like eating in a restaurant. Easy so work with also.

Nice sturdy flour!
The media could not be loaded. I have loved using this flour, specifically for my focaccia recipes. I tend to mix flours to see how the protein content in the flour will react with my recipe. I used mostly this flour and added some of the Caputo Chef’s flour. It turned out awesome! Not too dense, but a nice open crumb and a soft, but crisp crust. It’s definitely a nice flour to have in your arsenal! A touch expensive, but if you are looking for awesome European flour that works wonderfully - you have come to the right place!
