It works very well! I live full time in my motorhome. In between dumping my sewer I use this product and it does a very good job of keeping my sewer from making my motorhome smell. I have a very large sewer so I only go dump once a month. I add one of these every week sometimes two the last week. Works very good that I repurchase this item whenever I am getting low on product. I also like that they are little packages that I just drop in. No mess no fuss!
