These shackles are exactly as described, well finished and looking durable. I actually needed only a couple for my boat, but can easily see a future use for more of them. Good quality, strong, with the gate on the M8 size ones being wide enough to push a 14mm mooring rope through.

I needed some lockable links to lock down the flap of a bag that only used hooks to keep it closed. These links are the prefect size for my use and were consistent in size and quality. Very happy with them and the cost.

They are very strong and just the right size for the job,repairing my horses stable guard chain the last one broke because she was scratching her tail on it I bought a box of them just incase the quality was poor but I am pleased to say it is excellent and fairly priced as well
