Perfact for 'one time use' or for arts and crafts where a smooth gloss finish is less important.
Reviewed March 2022:I bought these to brush on (in) the epoxy resin used in conjunction with carbon fibre. and these are very fit for purpose. They are cheap, and so far, they have not dropped any bristles into the resin which is good as it would ruin the finish.Using something like epoxy, there is little point in cleaning the brush afterwards, the amount of acitone needed makes in uneconomic from a time, cost and environment perspective.Once dry, they are useful to use in the garden as markers/labels for seeds, so they get some reuse. The bristles are quite coarse on these brushes and they are not all at the same length. I would not use these for painting where a perfect smooth finish is required unless the medium (paint, etc) has some kind of levelling agent in it.Sploging on paint, applying resin, wax, etc.. perfect.I also use one to apply hair dye.

Good single use brush.
They are cheap, just right for single use then recycle, the bristles do come out but what do you expect from cheap brushes. I use them for putting wood hardener on my home crafted walking sticks.

As good as the price suggests
Well what would you expect?Bristles falling out was the biggest issue but I wasn't painting a portrait.

Not impressed.
Like: very low price per brush; good bristle length.Dislike: quite a coarse bristle; high bristle loss when cleaning; poorly finished handle; poorly finished ferrule.I purchased because of the low unit cost and some positive reviews but I am disappointed.

Perfect Low quality brushes for messy throwaway jobs
You know these are cheap throwaway brushes when buying so it’s no surprise when they arrive. If you’re like me and don’t like using your better quality brushes for a quick paint job then these are ideal. You do get what you pay for though. The bristles are not refined like a good quality brush and they need a bit of trimming to get a good shape, they look unfinished bit I’m happy because you get 50 and you can pay a similar amount for just a handful of good quality brushes. These are ideal for painting gates /fences etc, jobs where you know you’ll throw the brush after.

Cheap and cheerful
Always hunting for a paint brush in the garage for applying various substances and I don't necessarily want to wash them out to reuse. These are cheap and cheerful so fit the bill perfectly.

BADLY MADE. HAIR LOSS 4 ALL. EFFECTIVELY EXPENSIVE KINDLING.
I write this review as an update, based on decades of experience as a consumer and years of being both purchaser and user of this particular productI MADE A REPEAT ORDER OF THIS ITEM LATE SEPT 2022 because the first order was of a fairly decent standard.SADLY. NOT CLOSE to the same standards when I last purchased. Slower delivery but I suppose Strikers can be blamed.Packed in a burst plastic, supposedly resealable, bag inside a paper bag.Easy enough to open and burns well on the fire. The quality of the brushes is such they it might best be used as kindling.Uneven, ends, variety in width and thickness, lots of loose hair and hair loss.As said I only bought these because of personal known of something worth having.Had I prior experience of these, I would NOT buy nor would I recommend anyone to do so.Throw at brushes, yes they are but that could well apply before useMY FIRST PURCHASE REVIEW READ AS FOLLOWSI write this review based on my decades of experience as a consumer and user of this type of product. The brushes were delivered promptly, helped I believe by my being a prime member. There is no clue as to postal charges or schedule for non prime members. The brushes are simply made and work out to about 30p per brush.Lightweight slender soft white pine with a small indentation in the roughly 6” handle. The brush head has variety in both colour and density. The difference is nominal but is noticeable. There were loose brush hairs in the packaging.I test that there are no loose hairs on cheap brushes as a matter of course having had to pick out hairs on many many occasions.Hairs came loose but not too bad.Using the brushes results in some hair loss but better than I expected so far.Overall, cheap enough to do the job required and surprisingly easy to clean thus increasing value.
