This body wash is awesome! First, it takes 4 pumps for me to clean my whole body which seems like a lot, but it's okay because natural products tend to not be that foamy. After every shower, once I dry myself, my skin feels clean and smooth. And knowing that I'm using nature's body wash to clean my whole body feels good compared to using other brands that have ingredients that I don't even know what they are. But after every shower, I also use Tree To Tub's body lotion. I don't know if it's the body lotion or the body wash, or it could probably be both, but I've noticed by back acne disappearing and my chest is clear from mild acne. I also have a few stretch marks in my lower back (not sure how I got them) but they've begun to disappear little by little. I've been told to use vitamin E oil or vitamin E lotions, but I never have.
