Buldging and cracking. *by E***H on Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2015* I really wanted to LOVE this product and paid a premium for it to store 100 gallons of rain water. Initially some parts were missing (Amazon sent me the assembly kit for the smaller set despite buying the larger set). A RainReserve Support person sent me the missing pieces very quickly with no hassles which was great! But after just one rain "storm" (it was mild), the outer plastic is bulging out in all directions and showing stress cracks (plastic shows whitish discoloration with creases). I built mine in the "Maximum storage" (4 square) pattern and followed all directions to the letter. I was excited to go check on the tank after the overnight rain but found that it looks like it is ready to burst. What a major disappointment. I've contacted support and am hoping for a resolution. ### ⭐ Worst purchase on Amazon ever. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2021* 1) Bladder sprung a leak in the first month of operation, 2) diverters and connectors are inadequate so I ended up buying entirely different diverter and pipes to fill this thing, and 3) item was inadequately packed and parts were damaged in shipping.
