Arm & Hammer Dog Dental Rinse, Water Additive, Fresh Breath, 16 Fl Oz

I have an 11-year-old Chihuahua mix. I would brush her teeth here and there, but unfortunately, I wasn’t always consistent. She’s never had a professional dental cleaning either so she had quite a bit of tartar buildup on her teeth. I’ve tried other dental-care products for her in the past, but I never noticed much of a difference. I purchased this product hoping this can work and I have to say, I’m really impressed! I added it to her water bowl on August 18th, the same day I received it. About 5 days later, I checked her teeth and noticed a significant difference. Some of the buildup that was previously on her teeth appeared to be decreasing, and her teeth looked noticeably cleaner compared to before. Another big plus is that it really seems to be odorless and flavorless because she didn’t seem to notice anything different about her water. She had no problem drinking her water as usual. I’m very happy with the results so far and will definitely continue using it. I would absolutely recommend this product to other dog owners, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it again!

These doggy mouth wash works great in my opinion. It has no smell and apparently no flavor BUT it works amazing! My dog doesn't mind drinking these and definitely helped her breath.

This is a great product! My senior dog has had dental issues, but since using this, his teeth are much cleaner and healthier. The dogs all drink it with no problem. It is always in their bowls. My only problem with this product is that is so similarly named as the Complete Care (also by Arm & Hammer), so I keep getting confused and buying the other one.

My dog would not drink her water when I added this, so I bought the spray. If you have this put it on toith brush to use. it did help with doggie breath.

Implemented after my 7yo dog got an expensive (inevitable) teeth cleaning. While every dog will need their teeth cleaned at some point, I wanted to put off my 4yo dog's teeth cleaning as long as possible. Additionally, I wanted to make the most of my 7yo dog's teeth cleaning and keep the tartar off! The vet recommended a water additive. I've tried the Fresh Breath water additive from Petco (and Amazon). My dogs refused to drink it - the scent was off-putting, and it upset their stomach. I then thought about the benefits of baking soda. I've used Arm & Hammer (human) toothpaste as long as I can remember and always get a clean bill of health at the dentist, so I thought I'd give their brand a try. It probably took about a month of consistent use, and boy did it work! I noticed my dog's front teeth were whiter after about 1-2 weeks. Then I noticed the buildup of tartar on my 4yo dog's back morals was beginning to reduce. I've used both A&H Tartar Control & Complete Care. I didn't notice a huge difference or 'fresh breath' benefit, so I'm sticking with Tartar Control. It may be pertinent to note that my dogs also benefit from the occasional use of Whimzee's large dental treats. It's the only treat that doesn't give them bowel issues, takes them longer chew, and makes them use their back morals to chew. However, that being said, I am 99.99% positive their tartar reduction is due to Arm & Hammer's water additive and not the dental chews, because they get the water additive every day, whereas the dental chew is rather infrequent (because they're so expensive!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Baking soda makes all the difference!

This is the only gum additive my dog will drink. He notices any other brand used prior. Highly recommend

Easy to use. Just add to water bowl. Tasteless, so dogs have a drink and clean teeth at same time.

Actually works and doesn’t upset my dogs tummy like other brands have.

I am happy with the results. It is definitely helpful. I have ordered it for my dogs as well back in hometown.
