Perfect Way to Get a Handle on Your Weight
I love this food journal. I am trying to lose weight and I heard about the benefits of having a food journal so I purchased this one. It is very neatly formatted and it has a ton of categories (calories, fat, sugar, etc.), although I don't fill all of those out some times it really helps me to be aware of those things when I do. I have a love hate relationship with my food journal I love when I eat healthy and it shows in my weight the next day and I hate when I don't eat healthy and it shows in my weight the next day. This thing is great.

Make Conscious Food Choices with Help from "Food Journal"
I know there are a lot of apps out there that help you count your calories automatically. However, I find that actually sitting down and hand writing out each item that I am eating and looking up the nutritional values (Calories, Sodium, Fat and Carbs) and writing them down forces me to really be engaged in the diet and conscious of my food choices. I have found this journal to be very instrumental to the success of my diet. I have managed to lose 20 pounds on my own (no appetite suppressants) in the last 2.5 months with the help of this book and exercise.
