They are very effective at helping keep my immune system strong. At the "supplement facts" on the back of the bag, it says the serving size is 2 drops, and with 2 drops you get 135mg of Vitamin C, which is 150% of your daily value. It's an assorted pack and there are 3 flavors - orange, lemon, and grapefruit I believe. The taste isn't overbearing at all.
