With O2COOL’s 10-Inch Battery-Operated Portable Fan, you can cool off when you’re at home, work or outdoors. Perfectly sized, it won’t take up much space and features a convenient built-in handle for easy storage and transport - DURABLE CONSTRUCTION. This portable fan is durably crafted using sturdy plastic construction for long-lasting strength and use. It also boasts a patented fan blade design which extends the battery life while maximizing airflow - TWO-SPEED OPERATION. Featuring a powerful 10-inch blade, this fan offers high and low speeds to accommodate your needs. Both settings deliver refreshing air with minimal noise to prevent distractions. Number and Type of Alkaline Batteries: 6-D batteries - EASY TO USE. Position fan face down, slide out the battery door and insert batteries following (+/-) marks, then replace door. Slide switch located on the side of fan to your preferred setting. To operate fan using AC power (120-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz), use supplied adapter only - DUAL POWER SOURCES. For added convenience, the fan runs on six D-cell batteries (not included) or you can plug it in using the included AC adapter. Inserting the adapter plug into the fan disconnects the installed batteries from the circuit - Fans are measured by the full size of their blade span (also called blade sweep), which is the diameter of the circle that you see when the fan blades are in motion. Or, in other words, fan blade span reaches from the tip of one fan blade to the tip of the blade directly across. As such, a 10" fan is actually larger than 10" when it includes the outer casing. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00ATSHMIQ | | Best Sellers Rank | #189,903 in Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Kitchen ) #574 in Desk Fans | | Blade Length | 10 Inches | | Blade Material | Plastic | | Brand | Treva | | Brand Name | Treva | | Collection Name | Portable Desktop Fans | | Color | Fan | | Colour | Fan | | Connector Type | Plug | | Control Method | Touch | | Controller Type | Button Control | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 14,908 Reviews | | Electric Fan Design | Table Fan | | Electric fan design | Table Fan | | Finish Type | Painted | | Form Factor | Handheld, Portable | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00755247118772, 00755247124575 | | Included Components | Fan and Adapter | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Installation Type | Portable | | Is Product Cordless | Yes | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 10.2D x 33.2W x 30.6H centimeters | | Item Type Name | Portable Desktop Air Circulation Battery Fan With Ac Adapter | | Item Weight | 1.09 kg | | Main Power Connector Type | Connector (Type F) | | Manufacture Year | 2018 | | Manufacturer | O2COOL | | Material | Plastic | | Model Name | O2Cool | | Model Number | FD10002A | | Motor Type | Brushless | | Mounting Type | Stand | | Noise Level | 45 Decibels | | Number of Blades | 5 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Power Levels | 2 | | Number of Speeds | 2 | | Part Number | FD10002A0O004000 | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Power source | Battery Powered | | Product dimensions | 10.2D x 33.2W x 30.6H centimeters | | Recommended Uses For Product | Cooling | | Reusability | Rechargeable | | Room Type | Office | | Size | 1 Fan | | Special Features | Portable | | Speed | 2 RPM | | Standby Power Shutoff | Possibly more efficient than average | | Style | Fan | | Switch Type | Push Button | | Theme | Summer | | UPC | 755247118772 885466094370 885462874402 885485874588 898029687582 012301044515 885277817069 885842526419 885693769225 885680594144 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Voltage | 120 Volts | | Warranty Description | 1 Year Warranty | | Wattage | 10 watts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Treva - **Colour:** Fan - **Electric fan design:** Table Fan - **Mounting type:** Stand - **Power source:** Battery Powered - **Product dimensions:** 10.2D x 33.2W x 30.6H centimeters - **Recommended uses for product:** Cooling - **Room type:** Office - **Special features:** Portable - **Style:** Fan ## Images ![Treva 10-Inch Portable Desktop Air Circulation Battery Fan - 2 Cooling Speeds - With AC Adapter - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71moYGSnYqL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does anyone know if the more expensive O2 Cool 8 battery Rechargeable Model FD10006AU with built in batteries blow stronger than this FD10002A model?** A: I don't know about the fan with the rechargeable batteries, but I know the 02 Cool fan with the 8 batteries worked a lot better than the one with the 6 batteries. The one with the 6 batteries hardly gave a breeze and we sent it back. The one with the 8 batteries is much better. Hope this helped. **Q: How much noise does this fan make please? Looking for very quiet. Thank You** A: With the fan on high, sitting 6' behind me, and me next to my computer (2'), the fan is about the same noise level (roughly 40dB), and I have a quiet computer. On low, it is even quieter. I have a smaller import fan in my room which makes a lot more noise both on low and high. I like it! I'll have to echo the problem of one-handed switch handling, though. O2 Cool, don't degrade the switch detent. Instead, add a nub to the slider. For people who want white noise, buy a white noise generator. Here's one for $17.88 Prime https://is.gd/lmIfM3 **Q: how long does it run with batteries?** A: We took it camping once and it lasted almost two days on batteries, not continuous use, but heavy use. I disconnect it sometimes from the power supply in my bedroom to use it while I cook or in my sewing room short term and it lasts several days with these shorter battery uses. I'll be buying a second one before our next camping trip, for sure. **Q: While on AC, how many watts does it consume?** A: According to Anna, the input is 100-240V- 50/60Hz 0.5A. Your home's electrical outlets are most likely 108-110V. So thanks to Anna's data we now know that when you plug it into your wall the voltage will be 110 volts and the current will be .5 amps. Using Ohm's Law we can find power (wattage) consumed by the fan.110V * .5A = 55WThis fan will consume around 55 W per cycle depending on your voltage. I hope this is all right, I'm still an apprentice. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Not a good product. *by G***E on 25 February 2023* Loud noises. Bought for here in Australia for when we have blackouts which are a common occurrence in summer. Used it twice when power cut out and it was a 43”C day, worth the wait in having it shipped from America, subsequently bought another for myself and one each for relatives. Makes so much sense having this as a backup cooling system. Fantastic brand, sturdy and affordable. Totally recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - Treva 10-Inch Portable Fan, Powered by Battery and/or AC Adapter - Desk Fan Air Circulating with 2 Cooling Speeds for Personal and Travel Use (Black) - Amazon Basics 12-Pack D Cell Alkaline All-Purpose Batteries, 1.5 Volt, 5-Year Shelf Life --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/280019981-treva-10-inch-portable-desktop-air-circulation-battery-fan-2](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/280019981-treva-10-inch-portable-desktop-air-circulation-battery-fan-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
