Amazing pipe tape which was not used for its intended purpose. Was used as finishing tape for a warp job on a sim wheel.Worked as a great substitute for electrical tape as this tape doesn't not leave behind residue and adheres to itself quite well. 10/10 I like the branding on the tape!

My outdoor water bibs for the RV/Camper, garden, and horse tanks are wrapped with foam insulation and taped. Originally, I used 10-mil pipe tape from the local big-box hardware store. It would degenerate in the high-altitude Arizona sun (UV rays are tough here) in only two years, and I'd have to replace the tape and insulation. I tried one roll of this Orbit 20-mil tape 5+ years ago on just one fixture. After 5 1/2 years, that tape and the insulation under it are still in great shape. This year when it came time to winterize, I bought new insulation for all the bibs and installed it with this the 20-mil tape wrapping at least two layers; hopefully that will last 6~8 years before I need to do it again!

20 mil. Great vinyl tape. Very tough. Sticky.
