Kit, Prepaid Dress Cleaning and Preserving

Box is sealed, so I can't judge cleaning quality. Dress was pretty clean after the wedding, only bottom of the skirt got some dirt and vine spots, and this part of the dress is deep inside the box. But outside all looks as promised. I was surprised, how fast and easy was this process.

I was very nervous about send my dress off in the mail but am now happy with my choice. A lot of companies that offer similar services use a visible ribbon to help support the dress in its box while this one doesn’t and it looks much better in my opinion.The box comes with many different upgrades and customization options. I didn’t customize the box but I did upgrade to the “Celebrity” tier and chose the champagne box (+$75). Everything looks gorgeous and feels sturdy. I also sent my veil and it came positioned in front of the dress. It works with my dress but I could see how some people would prefer a different layout.They sent an email when the dress was received and when it shipped out after cleaning. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and am considering buying this as a gift for brides in the future.

My daughter received her cleaned and preserved wedding dress back today. We were a bit skeptical about sending off a $3500, dress in a bag, to a place we did not know. We did not know if the dress would be returned as promised. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed today when the dress was received back as promised in a beautiful box that shows the dress beautifully through a clear window. We could not have expected any more. It is a beautiful keepsake. It did take exactly 2 months to receive it back but the wait was worth it. I would highly recommend this process to others. Thank you for doing what you said you would for such a precious item.

I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical about just shipping my wedding dress off, but my husband convinced me. We shoved my dress in the bag with all the little extras: garter, veil, detachable straps, and they sent it back looking great!!I didn't take it out of the box to know if the bottom of the dress got clean or not since I know I'd never be able to get it back in there, but it's beautiful! The garter is displayed on the front and the veil is draped over the shoulder very nicely. Would highly recommend!

I got marry in June and wanted to have my wedding dress clean. I search all the cleaners around the area but wasn't very confident about them. I went thru Amazon and was able to wedding gown preservation. I was a little worry to send out my dress in the mail. My husband convince me and finally did it. I received my dress in a beautiful box 😍 . I will definitely will recommend this to any bride
