## Description

Create a dependable auxiliary power connection between a truck and trailer with the Buyers Products TC1002 2-Way Trailer Connector. Designed for truck-side installation, this heavy-duty connector uses a round-pin horizontal configuration and supports 4 to 6 gauge wire for compatible high-current applications. It is a practical choice for supplying power to electric tarp systems, trailer-mounted winches, and other 2-way auxiliary equipment. The durable die-cast zinc housing is built for demanding truck and trailer environments. An integrated latch helps keep the mating plug securely connected during travel and equipment operation, while the spring-loaded protective door covers the terminals when the connector is not in use to help limit exposure to dirt, moisture, and road debris. Before purchase and installation, confirm the connector orientation, mating connector style, wire gauge, voltage, amperage requirements, and application compatibility. Installation should be completed with the power disconnected and wiring properly protected and secured according to applicable vehicle, equipment, and electrical requirements.
