Didn’t get a skipping rope with mine

Bought it to start using to tone the tummy, once you master the technique is good. It does take time to get it right, better for toning I find then a smart hoop.

This would be a great hula hoop, perfect weight, however it keeps coming apart whilst using, resulting in it flying across the room. I have messaged the seller twice about this but had zero response.

Put it together, had a go and then husband had a go. I was standing far enough when he was hula-hooping but too close as all of a sudden the hoop came apart and part of it smacked me in the face! I’m okay but returning this thing as scared to use it. If it won’t be my face again it might a house item.Buy a hoop that comes in one piece!! That’s my recommendation!

The hoop was a little heavier than I expected. I have yet to manage a full spin. However all the failed attempts and skipping proving to work on the weight loss.I will eventually hula

10/10 product, great value for money! Highly recommend it. The skipping rope was a nice bonus.

I had to return as 1 part of the hoop would not attach properly so every time i tried to spin it round my wait it would open up and shoot off.
