My grandson has an iPhone 12, it works on that.

Does it works for samsung s21 ultra? And its only for back camera or can be front too

No. It dosen't work for samsung s21 ultra, my friend has one and we had many failed attempts trying to get it to work. Also it can be used for both the front and back camera! :)
