I JUST TAKE THE "CRUMBS" AND SAVE THEM UNTIL HAVE ENOUGH TO MIX WITH A DILUTED SYRUP AND PUT IT IN A BAKING PAN AND HEAT IT. THEN WHEN IT COOLS I BREAK IT INTO SMALL PIECES. CRUMBS LEFT I FEED TO THE BIRDS. **Q: Are these Keto friendly?** A: No it is full of carbs. **Q: Are the oats baked?** A: They are 100% whole grain oats do not know if they are baked. **Q: Are these Wheat and Gluten Free?** A: Hi Jared - Our Nature Valley Oat & Honey Granola Crunch does not contain wheat but it is not labeled gluten free.
