Very good supplement, but high price
Apart from various vitamins and minerals, these capsules contain botanical ingredients - garlic, which can help combat colds, blood pressure issues, cardiovascular problems, and astagalus membranaceus, used in Chinese herbal remedies as an anti inflammatory, and to help with loss of appetite, and fatigue.All the other ingredients are fairly standard:- Zinc, Vitamins C, D3, E, B12, B6, Selenium, Copper.The concentrations of D3 at 500% of daily recommended intake, and B12 at 48,000% of recommended daily intake are very high, and also very welcome at a time when most of us have been shut at home for months, and not getting much exposure to the sun. These vitamins really help fortify your immune system, which can only be a good thing with viruses around.The capsules are quite small, easy to swallow, and tasteless. They are also vegan, which will appeal to those who want to avoid the animal content of some supplements.There really isn't much not to like, apart from the price, because you need to take 2 capsules a day, which makes this a 1 month supply, working out at 78p a day.So, whilst it's great to have high levels of these really important vitamins and minerals, with the added botanical benefits, the cost may well put people off. Personally I think 78p a day is a small price to pay in the short term, until we can enjoy the sun, and top up our immune system naturally.

WHAT IS BOTANICAL BLEND?
I am NOT a fan of this product at all. Sci MX as I have mentioned re a company I have known but what they have done here is increase the designs on bottles and made them more modren and released products that do not do much of what they claim on them. XIn this for the immune defense, for it to be effective you would need to take 4 times the doses stated of each thing to even get there e.g. Vitamin C.Let us put the trivial parts aside in that the pills are 1.5cm and they are easy to swallow sure...But my gripe is with blended items and in the capsules is a botanical blend and this is not broken down so much.the vitamins and minerals are too low and too little to merit the price paid and 60 capsules if you are a guy who is physically active will not last you long at all.

Vegan B12 and D3
I am really happy with this supplement. First of all it is a vegan product which means they haven’t went for cheap and nasty gelatin in the capsules. Instead they have went for vegetarian capsules. It also includes two of the most important supplements for me and these are vitamin D3 and B12. The latter is one of the few vitamins that vegans can become deficient and over the long term. Vitamin D3 is often animal derived and isn’t suitable for vegans all that was suitable for vegetarians however in this product they have went for a vegan D3 which is excellent. You are getting 60 capsules and if you take the recommended dose of two daily then these will last you a month. At £20 they’re not especially cheap but I am impressed that this is a vegan product and also with the formulation. Very happy.

Very Decent Multi-Complex for Immune Health
Brilliant immune support supplement to help boost your immune system. I've taken vitamin C, D, and zinc religiously in high doses for years and often within similar complexes to this one which has some great extras including the garlic, which I'm a big fan of, vitamin B12 & B6, and amino acids which I've also taken separately for years and these also include some copper in these to help balance the zinc as well as having the benefit of the botanical blend too, so am very confident about the benefits of this pretty full multi-vitamin complex and feel very happy to recommend them. If you're not sure if this is right for you to supplement with or not then do your research properly first or consult a professional/nutritionist if unsure but otherwise they seem a good option.
