Haynes Manuals N. America, Inc. Dodge Fullsize Pickup '74'93

I received the item relatively quickly. The book is good. I have a '74 Dodge D100 and this book covers most repairs in a way that is relevant to my specific truck and engine (225 slant six.) Some things get vague because they're trying to cover a 20 year span where the truck underwent lots of changes. But if you're mechanically inclined this is good enough to have around without having to pay more to buy the actual Chrysler factory service manuals.

If you are new to wrenching,You may be better off buying a manual for your specific model and year. I've been repairing my own vehicles for 25+ years and learned the most from Haynes manuals and hands on.

Ok manual, didn't have what I was looking for at the time.

Brought to rebuild the engine in my Ramcharger. Later decided to put the 5.9 or 12 valve Cummins in it. Book breaks everything down into detail. Looking for the diesel version now. Every part broken down. Great description and diagram.

Bentley manuals are so complete that you almost feel if you left the manual in the car over night IT would fix the car.This book is so vague, its hard to know whether to trust the guidance it gives. There are some things you need specific information on, but this book only gives general instructions, and very little troubleshooting help. Again, its better than flying blind, but it could be much more comprehensive.
