that says it. These bites are just delicious and only 4 calories each. The whole bag is 100 calories.. and are real real stool looseners/. but yom!

Love the chocolate but not the nut one as it tastes like almond extract which I do not like. I had several great bags although if I eat too much there are gastric side effects. I had a couple bags that have pieces that taste like mold, from the same batch lot # 2-214-4424-23. After posting this the company offered me a refund. Impressive they did that.

Bag says each serving is 50 calories with 2.5 servings in the bag. One serving has 35% daily fiber and the whole bag is 87% They are tasty and low cal and a good way to get fiber without eating a trainload of prunes. Easy to take along for part of your packable lunch. Oh and they have 1 gm of protein per serving and 3 gms per bag.

This stuff is great if you’ve got a Sweet tooth and need it to be low calorie and low fat. It’s great the way it is or with milk like cereal. Super delicious. A bit expensive so I don’t get to have all the time. I keep buying over and over again. I finally just set up auto shipments it’s so good.

These are a must-have for munchies and to go with coffee. Amazing tool to help with weight loss and keeping it off!

Love the taste and texture- they are very crunchy and if you like quinoa- you will like these! They are addictive!

The bag is very small, only 2.6 oz each. the posting is misleading, I thought I was getting bigger bags. They taste good, nice cocoa flavored crunchy snack. We bought a bigger bag at Costco in Mexico for a fraction of this price. Also note the bag says it has a laxative effect!
