Excellent quality stainless steel. The spoon is thick and sturdy and doesn't bend easily. It is bigger than a regular spoon (see the picture for comparison)

When I was buying these spoons, I was little skeptical of their build quality. They looked quite heavy and rigid to me but still I felt that they might not come as they look. But then they arrived, they looked and felt the same as they look in the photo. Moreover the design is also elegant at this price range.
