Not very supportive for foot. Doest feel that secure on, feet have a natural curve with the arch and the ice pad does not bend into this, so where my pain is I'm not getting the relief this was supped to offer. The ice pads are also alot longer that the pad and there is a good 2-3cm of ice pad sticking out of the front, which isn't depicted in the picture. For me it doesn't offer any help or relief. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Awkward to get the gels inserted but once in they fit great along the bottom of your foot. I like how this straps around the foot holding it in place but would prefer the gels to also fit along the sides if needed but there isn’t a pocket to allow this

I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and my doctor suggested I do various stretching exercises and then ice my foot after. I like the fact that the strap is able to push the ice pack to the arch of my foot where I need it the most. It is very easy to use and convenient. I'm happy with my purchase.

I've been suffering for months with planter fasciitis. I love the product helps reduce the pain after I exercise and not that expensive. I'm so glad I bought this and brilliant with having 2 gel packs .

I scored low on pain relief as it looks like neither cold or heat help my plantar faciitis but that is not the fault of the product
