Helps me relieve from sciatica pain. I have an L5 S1 disc slip. So many different modes and very good quality product. Very strong current i couldn't go above 7 and has like a bar of 10. Used for 40 minutes and battery was still above 90. Highly recommended.

The device fine and the tens stimulation feels working. But the screen icons and the descriptions are not clear and it’s impossible to tell the difference between Tens and the other stimulations. Also, the Electrode pads lose their stickiness over time.

The AUVON rechargeable TENS unit works incredibly well for easing muscle soreness and tension. It’s easy to use, with multiple modes and intensity levels to customize the treatment. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, and the compact design makes it perfect for home or travel. I’ve noticed real relief after each session, especially for my back and neck. Great quality and definitely worth it.

My family loved this TENS unit so much I had to purchase another one for my college athlete daughter that will take it back to college after break. She uses it ever single day. She likes the adjustable intensity, she said she has never been able to get up to full intensity. She said she loves the way it helps her muscles recover from working out or practicing her sport. My other 2 hs daughters at home use it in the same manner as they are also athletes and have various pains in their legs, back, and shoulder. The pads are easy to put on and reuse, they are soft and work well. The unit itself is small and portable and easy to read. Excellent value for the cost. This has not irritated anyone. There is no noticable smell to the pads or unit.

Yes this works. Holds a charge well. It is easy to use. It most definitely helps with back pain. I have horrible lower back pain from time to time and this is the only thing that gives me relief. Worth the purchase.

This little device is a great buy, and I'm actually really surprised by that. My husband purchased us a large TENS unit that has been incredibly helpful for my occasional back and hip pain but it's so big and heavy and cumbersome. When I started looking into a portable unit, my husband insisted it wouldn't be as strong or effective as the large one. This is one instance where I'm really glad he was wrong! On only half the total potential intensity, the pulses are incredibly strong - I'm going out on a limb and saying they're stronger than what I get from the highest intensity on the big unit! The device works right out of the box and easily charges with a USB-C (cord is included, but no wall plug). The device (about 4 inches in length - it can easily fit into a pocket!) has an on/off switch, a charging port, space for a hanging cod or lanyard to connect, and ports for two leads; each lead has connections for two electrodes (there are 8 square electrode pads total included in the box - up to 4 can be used at a time). The instruction book is very comprehensive, and while I recommend reading the entire thing, I was able to work the unit after just perusing the first couple pages. Also included is a little pouch for storage/protection and a separate plastic tray to stick pads between uses. There are 6 modes to access; my favorite is the fourth (essentially a continuous intensity, no ebbs and flows, no starts/stops), and the timer can be set in 10-minute increments, up to 60 minutes, after which the device will automatically shut off. Besides being very effective for pain relief (ever wake up with a neck or back cramp? I will no longer have to go hours hoping it goes away on its own - I can just use this and get almost immediate and lasting relief), it's just downright relaxing. I enjoy using it on my lower back and/or shoulders as I sit in bed in the evening - it dissolves away aches I didn't even know were there, and I can read, move around, whatever, all without worrying about knocking over a heavy device or being tethered to the wall. My one gripe is that you cannot manually control the frequency of the pulses the way you can with a larger unit (where I can control frequency, mode, time, and intensity). On the larger, plug-in unit I also have ports for 4 leads, so that'd be 8 electrodes total, but personally I don't think I'd ever use so many, so the little portable device having only 2 ports isn't much of a downside to me. After nearly an hour of usage the battery meter still shows as full. I have a feeling I'm really going to put this thing through its paces, but so far, so good!

This TENS unit is tiny HOWEVER it still works great and really helps loosen my muscles. I would recommend it for the price.
