This product is fantastic. I have used it for years. In my opinion it is the best barrier cream you can buy, especially good now we are constantly soaking our hands with hand sanitiser. You don't need much so this huge can lasts for months and months so very economical product too. I have normal skin so don't know how well it works with dermatitis etc but my sister has problems and it has helped her. The mousse is light to apply and you just have to make sure it is dry after applying. Would hate to be without it

I have been using this product for over 20 years. I used to use it occasionally when doing jobs where I needed to protect my hands (as hate wearing gloves!) but when Covid 19 hit us, with hand sanitiser needing to be used regularly, I started using my Derma Shield daily. Where my colleagues were all complaining of sore and dried out hands, mine were feeling better than usual! Having let others try it, they have now also bought some. I would never want to be without a can.

Seems to work but quite sticky to start with, very small amount needed.

I’ve had a lot of tattoos and tried a lot of products from like cream to nappy rash cream. All greasy and sticky and still scab.I came across this derma shield and gave it a go. I used it on a full back piece and had zero scabbing. None greasy no smell. It’s like magic. Thank you

I've struggled for ages with my daughter's skin and the doctor has prescribed betnovate and epaderm. We used a combination of these both for a while on and off but her skin would just crack and bleed. Even though it is a bit pricey derma shield has been amazing! Her skin has improved within a few day. I think she will always need it but it's worth it to see her not suffer.
