I bought two of these thermometers less than three weeks ...
I bought two of these thermometers less than three weeks ago and both are already broken. One does not even turn on and the other reads 173 degrees at all times. The product listing claims a lifetime warranty but there is no way to redeem the warranty. If you're looking for a functional cooking thermometer, look elsewhere!!!

Generally does a good job
Generally does a good job, especially considering the reasonable price. I use it to measure the temperature of milk when making yogurt. The only reason I don't give five stars is because I have tested its accuracy with boiling milk and it is not as accurate as one might hope. However, it appears to be consistent, so it with a little mental conversion, I have found it quite useful to use for its intended use.
