Item received which is not as per the displayed, product images need to be updated to realistic pictures. images are deceiving.

Almost right
This comes vacuum sealed so you have to unpack it, then give it a day to fully expand, sometimes two days. I have only just received it and unpacked it, but it appears to be expanding as one would expect. The cover feels good for the purpose of making my chair more comfortable. My only complaint, and one that was easily rectified, was they had to put their name on a hard label on the front of this. Hello! We buy them for comfort, and don't want a hard label poking us in the back. Their label could have just as easily been placed on the back. A pair of nail pliers and 2 minutes of careful work (always cut from the label side and don't pull hard on the threads) remedied this. I would have taken off only one half star for this. If this expands as I expect it to do and is as comfortable as I expect it to be, I will edit this review to make it 5 stars... Four and a half stars, only due to the obtrusive label, but if all else is good, once the label is removed, it deserves five stars.
