Does it fit a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek?

I bought this for a Prius. K&N's website says it is for a 2018 crosstrek 2.0L Gas https://www.knfilters.com/cabin-air-filters/vf2054-cabin-air-filter

Do they put oil on this cabin filter?

They DO NOT put oil on this CABIN AIR FILTER. They use what they call K&N's cabin air filter refresher that increases the electrostatic properties of the cabin air filter helping it to trap contaminants. There is a specific CABIN AIR FILTER cleaning kit that K&N has (KN Part Number 99-6000 "K&N CABIN FILTER CLEANING CARE KIT" (at the time of this writing it is not available on amazon but is available at other local auto parts stores (for many))) DO NOT USE ENGINE AIR FILTER CLEANING KITS ON THIS FILTER these ENGINE air filter cleaning kits use oil and will make your car smell like that oil if you use it on your cabin air filter!!! Also THIS filter does not increase fuel economy as it has nothing to do with the engine... It does decrease landfill if you clean it instead of throwing it away when it's dirty.

For the 2017 Lexus RX 350, does this filter need to sit inside the filter casing?

Yes, remove the old and insert and then replace in dash.

Will this fit a 2021 toyota highlander xse?

The filter for the Toyota Rav 4 should be the same for the Highlander, check with K/N to be sure, but it's the same if it's not K/N
