Another incredible find! No side effects: user must be patient and wait for results for several minutes after taking this tincture, but that is true of any medication. I actually found this product when I was looking for a different one that came up on a Facebook feed. It was twice as much as this one and only had less than 10 reviews and not all good. I decided to give this one a try and I am very pleased. I've had breathing issues for 5 years. Allergies make it so much worse and it's very hard to breathe without coughing, wheezing, tightness, shortness of breath, trachea and bronchial itching....unless I double up on allergy pills I don't get much relief. I decided to give this one a try after reading the reviews and seeing that it was half the price of the other one and I think I'll have to always have this one hand. I spray twice under my tongue in the morning, noon, afternoon if I need it and then before bed and I've noticed I'm not coughing as much, I feel like I can take a deep inhale and good exhale without coughing! The itching and tightness in my chest has calmed down a lot to where I'm. It noticing it as much. It's worth a try if you've been having issues.

It is one ounce of liquid, 20% alcohol ... and in myown experience does absolutely NOTHING for congestion.I sought to return the item but i am "told" by the amazon systemthat it is not eligible for return. A total WASTE of money and time.(ZERO STARS - but one star is required to submit this review, which, ..is an added useless characteristic pertaining to the this "product"/& order.

I ordered this when my son started to get sick with a cough. He was coughing almost uncontrollably and his chest was feeling tight this evening when the spray arrived. I opened the package and he used it, and right away he had relief. He used it a three times in a matter of 20 mins, and has felt much better. Although he still had a cough, his chest feels better.
