Good quality
I work in a strictly regulated location. The hardhat is ANSI certified and was approved at my job site. Stylish and avoids the standard "round head" look. Very nice product, cleans easily, adjust through a wide range of sizes.

I'm a Cowboy!
Ordered for excavation crew and they love them. They are sturdy, and the insert is adjustable. A fun way to stay safe!

Comfortable, durable, very practical for the outdoors in hot weather
I have a yard that is a potential hazard. I'll be honest, I love my house, and I love my yard, but I'm beginning to think my trees are trying to kill me. I have a lot of old oak trees in my front yard. They have the annoying habit of unpredictably dropping large branches in no discernible pattern. I am trying to mow my front yard without suffering massive head trauma, so I did some research and invested in this hard hat. This is a real hard hat, with real ANSI safety ratings, and an adjustable harness for your head. It is comfortable (as comfortable as a hardhat can be), and it has the added benefit of shading my face and my neck in the Florida sun while I am working. Although it has not been put to the ultimate test, it has nonetheless shielded my head from smaller swinging branches and other things that would have given me a decent headache, instead of just making a loud 'thwock' sound. While I am not willing to undergo the ultimate test of this hardhat for the purposes of this review, I am a lot less jumpy when mowing my front yard now. The product was reasonably priced and has held up well in the last six months since I purchased it. I would certainly recommend this product for someone in the market for a safe, comfortable (if slightly unconventional) hard hat.

Cowboy's hat in Siberia, Russia.
Even in USA it seems to be exotic, so in Russia it is EXOTIC. Took it to my 2-month shift in remote gold mine, and it caused a sensation here!So advantages:1) Wide brims really protect from sun. And even better they protect from rain. In sunny weather it is rather hot in it, but in rainy - perfect. Face, neck, are all dry, and water from hat doesn't drop on back. If it is necessary to remove water from it - slightly lean the head, and it will flow down, but forward, not on feet.2) It looks more massive, solid and strengthened comparing to my standart helmet. If I translated ANSI Z89. 1 Type 1, class E & G properly, it is more electric-resistant (20 000 V vs 1000 V of standart). Also wide brims can save from side shocks.3) And of course it looks attracting, exotic and stylish! So if You want to be in the center of attention - take it. Though sometimes attention can be not the way You like as it is 100% American spirited, and not everyone likes it.And about drawbacks:1) It doesn't have chin belt to fix it, and no place to what it is possible to attach.2) Joint between suspension and hat is not too strong. So if You will shake head intensively, or will have strong headwind - it can unjoin from suspension. I guess, if it will have chin belt - in these cases hat will fly away and You'll stay in suspension only.3) I ordered several hats, and one didn't had suspension included, so I had to buy it additionally and wait. As I see on other reviews, sometimes it happen...4) I was not allowed by my safety department to wear it in industry areas of my workplace, only in living areas. As it is not certificated in Russia and doesn't have chin fixing belt... Honestly, for me it was not too bad as I didn't plan to crack it or make it dirty, standart helmet is for this. But beware, not every employer will allow to use it as standart helmet.

Getty up cowboy!
My cousin was visiting from Europe. He had mentioned something about wearing a hard hat to work all the time. I mentioned this type of has as i saw it on Gold Rush. He had to have one, so I ordered him this one. He lost his "stuff" when he got it. Soo happy. And now when he wears it, all the other guys are like "where did you get that" and he's like "America"!

STRAP IS TERRIBLE
The media could not be loaded. The hat looks awesome and would so much better if it came with a better adjustable strap! I can even adjust it because it came broke! Not sure what happened but for comfort I probably won’t be wearing this everyday…

Stabil und ein toller Hingucker
Massives Material, wie ein Bauhelm. Mehr als Spaß gedacht. Dennoch gut einstellbar am Kopf wie ein Bauhelm stabil. Aber viel schwerer
