packed with standard ice, expiration date is 15 MAR2022.
Since it was shipped ice all of the packages were thawed. Then I saw that the expiration date is 15 march 2022, which is 53 days from now. I guess I'll be eating a-lot of tempeh in the next month.

A DELICIOUS Protein Source
The way my husband fixes tempeh (in strips with his "special" sauce) it is one of my favorites. It's fabulous by itself, in salads, and wrapped in lettuce leaves with rice, etc. I always feel extra good after I eat nutritious and delicious tempeh. Please keep supplying it. Thank you!
