I've made better from scratch... it's not that hard. I just thought I'd try from the supposed place of origin. But, it fell flat in the taste department. And it was too expensive.

Best Jerk! Use it on everything!!!
I have been using FIWI Foods Jerk seasoning for about 3 years and can say it is the best jerk seasoning you will find. Understand that Jerk seasoning is NOT only for making traditional "jerk" dishes on the grill. You can and will use this sauce daily on almost anything. You can use it as a rub on all of your meats - chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, fish..EVERYTHING. You can use it to make other sauces, dips, dressings - the sauce is versatile. The taste or heat is not over powering at all. If you haven't tried it - give it a go! And by all means use it the traditional way too - summer is coming - break out the grill and google yourself some jerk recipes. Happy eating :)
