Getting ready to reorder, reading some of the reviews, I realized I should write one as well. I've been a regular customer of the local health food store for years, developing my own "cocktail" of vitamins and supplements, with reading and research and knowing my body. I will be 74 in March and both knees Xrayed bone on bone 8 years ago. I've been significantly overweight most of my adult life and haven't felt I was a candidate for knee replacement. I live alone and under the best of circumstances recuperation is long and involved, not a do-it-yourself in a couple of weeks situation. On recommendation of the health food store proprietor I've been taking Nature's Plus Triple Strength over the regular Nature's Plus for easily all the years since the Xrays. My weight is slightly down and I've been doing exercises to strengthen my body in general. I am in better physical condition than I was five or more years ago. I don't even consider not taking Nature's Plus Triple Strength. If I absolutely didn't have the money to buy vitamins and supplements, this would probably be the last one I'd discontinue. I also have some disc/spine issues; my primary and my chiropractor both told me the herniations are significant and I'm lucky to be experiencing as few problems as I am. Nature's Plus G&C. is surely improving my spine as well. Oh, and last but not least, a few months ago I compared the prices I've been paying at the store with prices on Amazon for the identical products. Amazon is saving me significant money.

I take several things for my knees but I really feel this is helping. For anyone who wants an all natural aide, I recommend tart cherry juice extract. Good luck!
