Molday ION Dye Free is an iron oxide-based superparamagnetic MRI contrast reagent having a colloidal size of 35 nm and is NOT co-labeled with a fluorescent dye - thus its name "Dye Free". This colloid is specifically designed for cell labeling and MRI tracking and magnetic targeting of cells. This product does not require transfection reagents for efficient cell labeling. This USPIO is cross-linked for stability. Molday ION Dye Free can be visualized by MRI (T2 imaging agents). Each bottle contains 2 ml at a 2 mg Fe/ml concentration having a zeta potential of ~ +48 mV. This product is provided autoclaved.
