Q: How visible and readable are printed words? Additionally...what size is print?

The print is very visible. Characters are clear and easily readable. Not sure of the size, but they are larger than other stamps I've seen.

Q: Is this safe to use on fabric masks? If we wash the mask after stamping?

Yes, l used it to stamp linens and wash linens quite often.

Q: Does this bleed through the other side of thin material items like thinner t-shirts that don't have tags?

No. It did not bleed through on t-shirts. But you can't mash it...you have to stamp it one time briskly on a hard flat surface.
