The heat distribution is certainly hotter in the middle, but that isn’t always a bad thing, as you can push your veggies to the side, still have them cooking but at a slightly less temperature.3. Get a good scraper, and some heat resistant gloves...clean up after cooking takes about 5 minutes.4. I have done breakfast, hibachi, burgers, philly steaks....this is a very versatile piece of equipmentCons:1. Season the grill, watch a YouTube video, before you use it.2.
