Muy buen producto 700mg EPA + DHA por capsula
Despues de una exahustiva investigacion de diferentes suplementos de Omega 3, encontre que este tiene una excelente relacion calidad/precio. La dosis de EPA y DHA por capsula es suficiente de acuerdo a la dosis diaria recomendada que varia de 700mg a 1.4g en personas sanas. La cantidad de grasas totales por capsula es de 1.25g, esto quiere decir que menos de la mitad de las grasas son "otras grasas", lo cual es bueno. En lo personal me gustaria que especificara el tipo de pescado ya que seria mucho mejor un krill o un salmon salvaje de agua fria, que tienen menos metales pesados toxicos para el organismo, sin embargo la leyenda de "purified fish oil" y las reseñas que lei en internet, me son suficientes por el momento. Tengo solo 10 dias tomandola, hasta el momento no les he encontrado ningun sabor desagradable a pescado. Lo seguire comprando

Good supplement at a decent price
I've been using EFAs for about 20 years or so for muscle gain/fat loss/overall health and am a big proponent of them. This is a particularly good brand and the capsules are deodorized so you don't get the "fish burp" flavor, which is a big plus, and they are also about $10-$20 cheaper than other brands, so I would definitely recommend it, lot of benefits from this supplement.
