I bought this as a backup for the Fiskars that I use all day long. We cut leather (1 to 8 oz) with roller cutters. The Fiskars has worked well for for several years. Just one. Never replaced. But, I thought I should have a backup. It is built well, but poorly designed. As I was rolling it across the material, there is not enough clearance between the plastic frame and the bottom of the blade to cut through the material. "Oh, leather is too thick." No, it was 3 oz leather. An oz is 1/64th of an inch. So, that means the leather was 3/64th of an inch thick.. So, I tipped the handle vertical. An uncomfortable cutting position so that more of the blade was exposed. The excess material wadded up against the plastic frame. Fail. I'm not sending back, because the purchase price was so low, I'll keep it for an emergency for maybe for some other use. I'm going to buy a Fiskars for a backup.

Was goaded by the company to place my assessment of this item. Honestly, it doesn't perform any better than the cheap $5.00 rotary cutter I got at Walmart. It's just ok.

I have been quilting going on 9 years now. Owning a quality fabric cutter makes life SO much easier. The one I have been using for years finally gave out, so I decided to explore some new options. I ran into this beauty (love the purple!) and decided to try it out. Was able to test it out on a few projects I did recently and it works wonders! It cuts like a hot knife through butter. It is great for precision cutting and I find myself not needing to use scissors nearly as much. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This product is okay, it doesn't feel as sturdy as Olfa cutters and the release for the blade cover is in an awkward place making it easy to close the blade cover while cutting. The blade does not seem to move freely when cutting as well, it's very stiff. I like the titanium blades but not a fan of this cutter.

I just wasn't crazy about this cutter. It feels to small for what I wanted it for but it's my first one so it was a good start.

Strong, lightweight, and durable. This cutter has allowed me to make clean sharp cuts with no tearing of the fabric. The cutter itself is easy to clean and fits very well in the palm of your hands to allow maximum flexibility while cutting. I enjoyed this product so much that I bought one for a friend as a present. You cannot go wrong with this. A solid 5 stars and I look forward to seeing future improvements!!!
