I have had my rhythm clock for 14 years now. i have enjoyed every minute. but now it won't keep time anymore. what can i do to resolve this?

Since these clock are imported from far away, you might try and contact a reputable local clock repair person, to see if they can resolve the time issue, subject to it not being a battery problem. Other wise contact the place of purchase to see if they can recommend where your clock should go or the manufacturer of the clock.

How easy is it to return this clock if the person I’m giving it to in unsatisfied?

Does this look like the clock in the video as to its lights being bright

Yes the lights are bright. My grandsons that are 9 and 3 love this clock. They would have this clock chime every 5 minutes if they could.

When the music plays does it stay on the same song or does it rotate songs on its own

The Rhythm Cock I have has three sets of tunes. You move the switch to which set of six tunes you want hear. The clock automatically rotates through the six songs in each set of tunes continually until you either turn of the rhythms or change to another set of tunes.
