These beans are great at taste, I bought it as a part of my diet food. One pack of 500 grams usually lasts me half a month. So I buy two packs in a month. Let me list down its pros.Pros1. High protein: these beans are a great source of protein, and I highly recommend it for people trying to cut down on fats.2. Great taste: if cooked right it has a great taste you can eat everyday as a part of your regular diet. I prepare it by soaking it in water overnight and then pressure cooking it until 6 whistles. After that add some oil and add the beans, add chicken broth for thickness, two cups of water, tomato paste ( not puree ), a bit of white pepper, two teaspoon of onion powder, small cup of tomato ketchup, salt to taste, and a small spoon of sugar. If you want you can add garlic powder for additional taste.
