**Q: I can't see who makes it?  Is it tested on animals?**
A: It is made by Unilever.  This corporation makes and sells over a 1,000 products using different brand names.  Mostly ones you would recognize.  Yes, according to www.consumewithcare.org animal testing is done.  See that website for more information.

**Q: Does this package come foil sealed? Mine open no seal.**
A: I just got my two jars 15 mins ago and neither one has a seal on the jars. I thought you had to have that. I had bought the Crema jar 10 oz and it had a seal. Because of the heat, 103 degrees (probably higher in the delivery van), the cream is like soup. Geeezzz. It also leaked out of the jars. The labels fell off. 

I think I will put them in the fridge to see if they solidify a bit. 

I love Pond's and have used it for decades. I think this situation is just an anomaly.  I will go for the 10 oz jar next time.

**Q: Will this help stop/reduce dry flakey skin on your face?**
A: Yes it will. I have really dry skin and on the side of my nose is where it used to get flakey, and this cream really helped

**Q: Does this have a strong fragrance?**
A: It has a clean fragrance. My husband likes it.

No puedo vivir sin esta crema. Mi piel es bastante sensible y esta es la única crema que no me irrita la piel, además hidrata muy bien y tiene un olor muy suave y delicado.
