These work pretty well for their intended purpose, the numbing of the benzocaine and cooling sensation of the menthol is very soothing on bug bites and stings. Just remember to squeeze the everliving heck out of the vials and use ALL of it, otherwise the effect won't be as helpful. Also very good for a sudden toothache!

We do have bees, but stings are very rare. HOWEVER, the mosquitoes are plentiful and hungry. I hate wearing bug spray every day when I go to my garden. So I just go out, get several mosquito bites, and break open one of these little puppies. In just a few minutes the itching is gone and the whelps start to fade. These do also work well on bee stings, just thankfully I don't have to do this very often.

This product is very good at stopping the itch on mosquito bites and soothing bee stings. Will always keep a few in the cabinet!

These really do help kill the sting. I’m sensitive to bee stings, and I’ve been using these since I was a kid. I’m glad Amazon carries them, as they are becoming harder to find in stores.

Love these little things! They do help to take the sting away. I have been allergic to stings since I was a young for and as I have gotten older, the reactions aren’t as bad. This stuff works! Great for kids too!

I wish I had done more research into what the ingredients were before I purchased it. The active ingredients are 20% benzocaine and 1% menthol. the 20% benzocaine concentration can be found in Lanacane First Aid Spray for less.Though I haven't had the chance to use this product I know it will be effective because of the benzocaine. I just wish it had a higher concentration.

The faster you use this on a string the bester. Read directions for what you can use it for. Sting Kill reduces the amount of swelling that will occur by a lot. I have use this for many years and it has helped reduce the discomfort from stings and bites.
