Purchased this to replace a cheaper one that I wasted a lot of time on and should have known better. My bad. This one works well after some initial problems with my non-standard set-up. Support from Tuthill [Davco Corp] was disappointing. I asked a specific question about downtube specifications poorly detailed in the owners manual. They sent me a page of the schematic out of the same manual. For $350 and a second downtube purchase I do not think asking them to clear up an ambiguous engineering spec in their manual is too much to ask.

Item arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what we ordered.

If you prefer a high volume transfer speed, order this pump with the manual nozzle. Empties my 107 gallon transport tank into my 300 gallon farm tank in just a few minutes. The automatic nozzles are nice, but the transfer speed is slower. Since I'm not topping off a smaller tank, I don't need the automatic shutoff. You can still use to deliver fuel in the field, but you may need to down-regulate the flow by regulating the handle so as to avoid "burping" issues, particularly if the tank has a long filler neck pipe.
