I think when you sale the radio or any other item that requires a charger and battery the you should give a option with charger and battery & radio or just a charger and battery separate

Definitely does the business. One mark off because very noisy, compared to the other Makita impact driver I have been using. Yes, usual problem that this takes a different battery from any of my other Makita tools. However, the generic charger and battery I ordered arrived only a day after the tool itself and seems to wrk fine. A good buy I would say but the noise is definitely a bit of an issue.

It works pretty well, doesn't last as long as the real thing and lacks a bit of the quality of build but it does work and fits ok.Price is a bit high at nearly fifty quid, it's not that much more for a genuine one which has the quality.The charger works ok, again seems lower on quality with more of a lightweight plastic.I'm a bit underwhelmed by this battery, it's in the van as a spare.

It's a great upgrade from the 1.5 amp battery that comes with the drill set. I've had my makita set for about 2 years and I love them, except for the battery charge life I finally decided to purchase the 4 amp battery. I can see a mark improvement in the performance and torque of both the impact and the drill driver. Now all I'm waiting for is a fast charger for them that's the only thing that henders this battery and drill set. I recommend this battery for anyone who has this drill, I ordered it and I recieved it the next day great! I have decided to order a second battery to complete my set.
