THIS PURCHASE MEANS SO MUCH TO ME ITS HARD TO DESCRIBE BUT I WILL TRY...i lost the love of my life to a tragic accident 2 years ago. She was my best friend and my soulmate. Since the age of 9. For 14 years she was my star. And even at the age of just 23, she LOVED the little mermaid. Adored it. I remeber learning how to play,"Par Of Your World", spending a week never touched a guitar till then, and writing my own little verse for her. The reason? It was Tuesday, and everyday i wanted a smile lol. Since then my heart has been hollow, and thoughts only bring the tears and hurt...I SEARCHED EVERYWHERE FOR THIS, EVEN AMAZON AT 1 POINT AND NO ONE HAD IT...until 1 day i ordered it and the zecond it came, i played it and it felt lile the sun came down and filled me with such warmth. Ive since bout a frame to hang it on the wall next to her picture. But...every week, i take it out and i play it. Its been hard to move on...but this has finally helped fill me with the happy memories and not the sad ones. It brought an overflow of tears not for sadness but for joy. And from the stocker in the warehouse to the delivery driver to the ceo himself i just want to say THANK YOU FOR MAKING A STRANGER SMILE, WHEN HE THOUGHT THAT HE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO AGAIN.😍❤😇🙃

Whoever designed this Little Mermaid vinyl and chose the way the music would be printed on it is INCREDIBLY clever.First, the reason for the video is to show that as Ariel loses her voice in the Poor Unfortunate Souls song the needle goes over her mouth.Second, not shown, is that the other side of the record is a picture of Ursula and the entire side is instrumental. Ya know, cause Ursula has captured all the vocals?Too clever. I’m watching you Disney.

A Disney classic and an OST must-have on vinyl. Packaging would've been better with more bubble wrap or protective carton though. Good thing the item wasn't damaged from its delivery from the USA to the Philippines.

If you love Disney's The Little Mermaid then you definitely love the music. I grew up watching The Little Mermaid as a kid and I wish we had CDs back then so I could have had this. We actually bought this CD for my father-in-law kind of as a joke but no seriously, he wanted it kind of thing. My in-laws had visited Disney right before Thanksgiving and my father-in-law couldn't stop singing the songs from The Little Mermaid ride they went on. Every time our son would come over they'd be looking up songs on his iPhone and playing them so as I started thinking of Christmas ideas I just knew I had to buy this for my father-in-law.Needless to say it was a huge hit at Christmas. We laughed, cause lets be honest, what grown man (a grandfather no less) gets The Little Mermaid CD. But on the serious side, it legit was in their car the next day being played.Hands down a great purchase!

I gifted my mom this for Christmas and the picture detail is beautiful I definitely recommend it to the little mermaid fans

Like all picture discs so far, results can vary. Mine had some permanent small clicks here and there. Great sound thats not too noticably inferrior to standard vinyl pressings. Bought it more for looks and playback for my kids. Absolutely gourgous picture disc vinyl to play and hang up on frame. As with picture discs unfortunately you will get random occasional sound clicks will occur and it’s permanent even in deep cleaned mint condition. Great sound though nevertheless. Classic to have and as usual will go up in price as availability shrinks. You know how Disney is...

As of The Little Mermaid's rerelease an 'Enhanced' version of the music was also released.And after reading the reviews on the 'Enhanced' version I was inclined to spend my money on the 'Original' for these reasons.1.) The 'Enhanced' version has been recorded (I personally favor originals)2.) The 'Enhanced' versions re-recording has been redone with a whole new cast (Not a very good situation for anyone including myself who likes the original)To be fair I have not listened to the 'Enhanced' version because I didn't want to spend $15.00 for something that would end up collecting dust. So I can't say on how 'good' or 'bad' it is.I purchased and just finished listening to the original and I found it to be superb recording identical to the movie and I highly recommend it for anyone (like me) who is an original kind of person.Thank you
