Can this be used on fabric?

You can use it just like on paper but it might peel a bit at a time after many washes so I would say just on things you don’t want to wash too much….

How do i get the pen to write because it's dry. and how does the powder stick after i use the embossing pad with stamps? the powder flakes off

After you use the pen or stamp an image, pour the embossing powder over image right away and then heat the image with a heat gun to melt the powder it will not flake off.

Does the pad have ink or needs to be inked?
