Good choice for endurance athletes
Have been using it for the past couple of years in most of my longer runs and am quite happy with it. Easy to prep and plan with this product. A bit pricy but within the same range of the other brands.

good product, best partnered with other intake
used for long runs greather than marathon distances find it very useful, though for myself it is best paired with other intake such as biscuits, gummies, etc taste is nice, not gummy, and very little or no residue

Loved it!!!!
Was apprehensive as never used anything like this before, but loved it. I find it tastes like milkshake without the milk (got raspberry one) and it actually did give me more energy, improved my times, I run and cycle (older lady so not at super speeds) but defo better. Will buy again and recommend it.

Truly life changing!!
I got the opportunity to work for this company and get to know their product, and let me tell you this stuff is life changing, talk about getting the motivation to get through the day, you don't crash, take as you please and can handle. I work early mornings now and this stuff helps me get going. I'll drink 2 to 3 8oz water bottles with just one scoop and I'm set for the day I'll drink one through out the morning then one after lunch and if I got stuff to do after work I'll drink another. Keeps you hydrated and feeling good. If you're starting out with the caffeinated kind I suggest you make a mix water and after that do just regular water, don't wanna go getting the jitters now, looking all hyped up and shhhh. Buy it, try it, you'll love it.
