This Hoverboard is very beautiful, very cool, not so fast, but it is enough for my use. Especially at night, the LED lights with different colors are very beautiful. It is a very very special. I was attracted by it when I used it at the beach around eye balls. The Hoverboard is very easy to install, I spent about 30 minutes to install it. I chose yellow colors, the color is very beautiful during the day, I like it very much. During its battery life, it can be used for about 4 hours . The charging speed is vary, I just keep it connected to wall charger all night. Normal use is no problem. recommend it.

IT HAS MALFUNCTIONED SINCE DAY ONE. FIRST IT WOULDN'T CHARGE THE FIRST FEW ATTEMPTS THEN IT WOULD ONLY MOVE FORWARD AND ONE HAND CONROL WOULD WORK SO IT JUST WENT IN A CIRCLE. PLEASE DON'T BUY! TROUBLE SHOOTING DIDN'T WORK AND NEITHER DID ASKING FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT. I WAS IGNORED. THE WAS A WASTE OF MONEY AND RUINED A BIRTHDAY GIFT/ SURPRISE FOR MY SON. ITS BEEN SITTING IN A CORNER SINCE I GOT IT.

We bought two of these for our boys and one they have loved every second of them! One of the hoverboards stopped charging and customer service was very quick and responsive and offered to replace. Great product and customer service!

We purchased this for Christmas. The first one that came in the light up buttons dropped in to the unit. Seller worked fast to send us a new one. This hoverboard is amazing.

Amazing customer service. The battery in my son's hoverboard died after only 7 months. I contacted customer support and they sent out a brand new replacement hoverboard and all we had to pay was shipping. Would highly recommend!

We bought this for our 10 year old grandson and he loved it but the battery only stays charged for 20-30 minutes tops and the description plainly states 10 miles or 1-2 hour battery life. I am so disappointed in that fact and have reached out to the seller and have yet to hear back I am hoping it is due to the holiday season.

Wouldn't turn on

It is a lot of fun to ride, but the battery is constantly dying!! Maybe get five minutes of ride time on a full charge! Worst buy ever.

Bought it for my son for his birthday and he loved it. He’s now a pro at it didn’t take him long. He’s seven years old and he flies around everywhere on it. Got him the little go kart attachment although that’s more of a summer thing. It’s a great little purchase. No regrets.

Had to return this item twice. The first time the wheel started to smoke and then exploded. My son only got to ride it for 5 minutes before this happened. The second time, we charged the board before the first use. Then my son got to ride it. When the signal came on to charge it, we tried to plug it in but the board wouldn't charge anymore. I didn't have a good experience with this product.

The media could not be loaded.  It is indeed a high-quality, sturdy, and well-built structure hoverboard. Runs smoothly and is very comfortable.Long battery life, with music ON. My kids are enjoying it, I bought it for me though :)Self-balancing is one of the best features I have noticed and a reliable braking system for a safe ride.The seat attachment is also very easy to build and use, I haven't tried it on the road as outside conditions are not good due to snow, however, my kids rode it inside the house. I built it in 15 mins by following the instructional video. Very useful and easy to operate.

I purchased this for my son in july 2022 and after only a maximum of 20 charges the battery is completely dead. I got in touch with the seller and the only thing they offered me was to send me another hoverboard for 120$ if I write them a positive review in Amazon... I know this might sound like a good thing but, I am expecting a product that I paid over 250$ to work for more then 10 months . I should'nt have to pay an extra 120$ to get another, this is a waste of money and ressources. They should have have proposed to replace the battery,that's it. And to top it all, they are trying to make a deal outside of Amazon...questionnable honesty...
