I liked this light so much for starting seedlings that I ordered 2 more to grow Micro Dwarf Tomatoes indoors. Apparently the small tomato plants agreed with my review. They are growing, flowering and fruiting phenomenally! I bought an outdoor outlet timer because they are a better deal. Set for 16 hours day. I plugged all 3 lights into it. On my 4 foot by 18 inch wire shelf unit. I can start my seedlings and grow Micro Dwarf tomatoes on the 2nd shelf. 😃 Very happy with the Spider Farmer SF600 full spectrum grow light. Perfect for my use.

Update: I have cherry tomatoes growing in my kitchen. These lights did Extraordinarily well and the tomatoes are growing at about the same rate as they would outdoors in summertime. I'd recommend growing a dwarf variety unless you like lots of pruning. Bought this during the sale since it lines up perfectly with the space on a 2'x4' shelves to grow tomato plants. Having a cable attachment has made it pretty great for finding the optimal height for the plants on top of it being full spectrum. I'm skeptical on the height guides since they all say something different. I opted to just use a temperature gun and lowered the light to 10 inches from the leaves until the center plants were at 82f since this is the hottest area under the light, plant is now growing faster it seems. I am working towards growing an indeterminate variety of tomatoes and keeping the plant under 3 feet tall (I will update this review once I have results).

The Best LED's I have purchased to date. Bought my first one 10-10-2023 and currently use 5 to grow a 3 year strong garage bog garden. I just purchased 2 more to up my bog garden game. I cant wait for them to arrive.

Works great! I really like the adjustable hangers! I do wish it was dimmable. And the power cord situation is a little awkward. Does a light of this wattage really need the heavy duty power box or could it have just been a simple 3-prong cord?

Plenty bright, seems to work fine. Works better to rig it with pulley ratchet hangers. Install was a breeze overall.

Purchased last year on sale , the price is now over what their own website charges 🤣 90$ now is 109$?+ Initially, it was very bright and showed greatly improved for plant development and colors, so I was happy. after a few months, 2 red diodes failed and the LEDs started dimiing and reducing output , so I contacted their supposed 24/7 service , and even emailed them . Days+ later, I get an email replys by 2 different supports and bounced me back to a Amazon spider service member, who ask for for a video so I provided them. support said dead section are are IR , which should be visible on an IR camera(but are not ? 😅). And then told it's working fine just reduced (wut?) , if it's reduced it's not working 😂 , these don't have a controller for light level so if it's reducing means something on the circuit is failing this not working right??? The lights are cheap entry level but I didn't expect just a few months of work and support who don't even seem to know the product or how they function as they'd go off and wait for days to process replies. Prior when I've contacted this company asking about products I wanted to get specifics for use I've gotten weird replies from them and trying to push to get sponsorship or join their paid in affiliate program. When I literally just asked about light performance 🤨, honestly seems really weird behavior, but the customer support isn't one I'd recommend , nor this product specifically due to short lifespan and failure of it and support for product under warranty

This worked very well for me. I had plants potted and sat on my kitchen counter. I feel it encouraged quick germination.

Don't bother with the 20 dollar grow lights. This thing is cheap amd blows them out of the water. I installed under a shelf for my succulents and man I got more then I bargained for. Seemed to be to much for props but The light spilled off my white wall and was almost blinding lol. I had to put up a blk board behind it to soak it in. I do recommend. Have a plan.

My tomato plants are averaging 2-3 inches of upper growth every day since using these grow lights. They exceeded my expectations. I had to buy extra pulley systems to raise and lower these lights as the supplied mechanism was too awkward and too short for my tomato plants. Due to their ability to grow the plants rapidly, it became a hassle adjusting the lights upward every day. I would suggest Spider Farmer use a simple light chain and S hooks system to improve the versatility but the lights themselves are fantastic. They've been running for approximately a month now, 16 hours daily with no issues. The cost of the lights was surprisingly low for their high performance!

I love this grow light. It is very light weight, it produces a lot of light and it's easy to use. My garden starters did very well once i got this light.

I have both models the 600 and the 300 as you can see in the pictures. They are basically the same, just double everything. I have used their larger lights for tents and was very happy with them. When a head of lettuce hit $5.00 I figured it was time to see how their lights are for Veggies. For results I could not be happier. In one pic you can see the "spill over" light is enough to grow my potatoes and start my tomatoes. I changed setup once I realized it works and we actually use it. It's exciting to grow and eat your own food. The reason for only 4 stars is that the 1st one I ordered the power brick died the 2nd time I plugged it in and I can see a possible issue in the future because it's not the strongest connect between the plug and the light board. Think loose USB or headphone connection on your laptop - not the strongest connection and they can come loose. Now these should last as they really shouldn't be plugged and unplugged that often at all... just stating its not the most solid feeling light I've handled. That being said I went ahead and purchased the more expensive 600 version even with my own concerns. The customer service was fast with response and solutions to my previous issue and I really love their price vs performance compared to other companies. With them you also know you are getting the higher grade LEDS and Driver. I believe the pictures will show more than I can write.

Pros - Very good outputs (measured 2000-3000 foot candles at about 6 inches from the light and around 1000 foot candles up to about 18 inches away). This thing will light everything in the vicinity up to near daylight levels. Comes with hanging hardware (wires) that can be secured to anything that you can tie the wires around. Also very lightweight. Silent operation. Cons - no adjustments or switches whatsoever. It's literally just a power cable that turns the lights on full power when plugged in. You will need your own timer to control on/off cycles automatically, and the lack of brightness adjustments means you need to be ok with an extremely bright light whereever you intend to use it. Overall I'm satisfied, will see how my orchids fare...
