I have been using this for 10+ days and good to see some improvements. helps in digestion. Slightly bitter in taste. if haritaki having some bitter tase means its in pure & organic form. I also read that it helps in reducing under eye darkness. I tried for a week now and it is good. Those areas are lightened now.

It saves me the problem of preparing powder from fresh ones. Very convinient and good quality. My mother uses it snd she likes it a lot.

The powder I have used for facial masks and it works well if used consistently. I tried to drink this in hot water too but its really to sour for me so I cant bear to drink the mixture and hence cant comment on that part. You also need to check if your skin is accepting this or not.For some ppl, it might not suit well as a mask and they can have sense of irritation on face. Depends on skin type.
