TIDL Cryotherapy Spray

I have purchased Tidl twice and it works very well. I just opened the one with the new spray cap and it is really lousy. It doesn’t open properly and when I did get it to work it had a poor spray, ended up putting it on my hands and applying directly to sore back , but now I have to be careful not to touch my face because the menthol solution does not wash off.. please return to the original spray can. October 26, 2024 I feel the need to update my review. I was contacted by the TIDL founder Shan Umer asking me if he could send me a replacement for my TIDL Cryotherapy spray, I responded that it was unnecessary and I would still continue to buy and use the product despite not liking the spray cap. I was so surprised when I received a box from the TIDL team with a replacement for my original purchase and found a tube of Heat Therapy, and TIDL morning therapy spray as well. I recommend all of these products now that I have used them all. In this day of generally lousy customer service in all sectors I was so impressed with a personal message from the founder of the company and additional items he sent me. I have even come to like the new spray cap after using it for awhile. If you need pain relief, use TIDL products, they really work.

As someone who suffers from chronic pain and muscle spasms, I am constantly searching for products to alleviate my symptoms. The item is well-packaged and even includes a card from the product's founder with contact information. The spray design is convenient, but the product tends to run if not rubbed in properly. Like others have mentioned, I also wish it had more of a "dry" spray feel. Additionally, when you twist the cap to expose the spray nozzle, it appears misaligned. (CAUTION: Avoid looking directly at the nozzle, as even the slightest pressure can cause the spray to discharge, resulting in a cold sensation akin to putting ice in your eye, which can be uncomfortable.) However, once sprayed, the product dispenses perfectly, and after a few minutes, it feels like having an ice pack on the affected area, providing a good distraction from the pain. Unfortunately, it didn't offer relief for me (though not many products do, so don't let that discourage you from trying). Overall, it's a decent product, just not suited to my needs.

This is the only product that works my back pain. Just spray it on and the pain is relieved pretty quickly. It even sprays upside down which is helpful when nobody is around to help me. I tried it out on hand pain and it worked great there too. The only thing I wish is that the smell wasn’t so mentally, but I guess that’s the ingredient that works best. I highly recommend this spray. (It’s also in a roll on and patch which are equally as good).

I’ve used this on so many aches and pains this past week since I’ve received it. It especially helped me with a migraine! I sprayed the back of my neck when I was suffering the migraine and it helped me so much. I may try the extra strength next time. Great product and the smell isn’t horrible!

I bought this after seeing an ad on tv about its amazing pain relief properties. It is rather expensive, but I have spent so much on pain relieving creams, ointments, and patches to ease neuropathy from degenerative disc disease in my neck, that I was willing to try anything that would give me enough relief so I could sleep at night. I like that this is a spray which makes it easy to apply, and it does lessen the pain when applied liberally. But it doesn't really work any better than other products, even though it is advertised as "cryotherapy", which I thought was something unique. It is really just a menthol product that sprays on with a cold sensation, and the other ingredients are flowers. As I said, it helps, but there are many menthol-based products available at a much reduced price that work as well.

This product is great for cooling pain relief.

NOT GOOD to EXPOSE to Your Eyes This product may be effective for pain but not good for your eyes. Must make sure to close your eyes tight while sprayin anywhere near your face or closer. Eyes started to burn and you have to wash your eyes with water immediately.

Good numbing spray would buy again

If a need a good spray on pain relief try this one. It works wonders. It works for most aches & pains!
